Georgio Baylouny founded PhysioRX, a hybrid physical therapy, fitness, and nutrition coaching studio in New York, to fix a broken system. Seeing how traditional healthcare leaves patients feeling lost and how confusing fitness trends are, Georgio combines physical therapy with structured training, building PhysioRX to help clients move from injury recovery to a sustainable, lasting lifestyle.

While the majority of clients are local New Yorkers, PhysioRX also works with a smaller group of remote clients based in Europe, Asia, and elsewhere in the U.S.

“We adopted a hybrid model where we would provide clients with a combination of one on one sessions. Found Everfit years ago and kind of went from there and it’s been so great ever since.”

Before Everfit, Programming Was Slow and Frustrating

Problem: Time-consuming and inflexible workout programming

PhysioRx tried platform after platform, yet they kept running into the same recurring issue: clunky and slow programming workflows. Georgio described the experience as “click fatigue,” having to open multiple windows just to build and schedule a single workout.

Between the limited features, glitchy performance, and inefficient design, the team’s ability to serve clients at scale was capped. The work piled up before a client ever touched a workout.

Everfit cut programming time for PhysioRX through structured workout sections, a one-view Master Planner, easy copy-paste, and the AI Workout Builder, making creation both fast and effective.

Their team can also set up custom metric tracking; for example, the newtons of force, ground reaction, or force timing for ACL rehabilitation; and standard sets, reps, and intensity for fitness training. This flexibility allows Georgio and his team to quickly adjust programs and tailor them to each client’s condition.

Increased Client Engagement with Everfit

Problem: Difficulty engaging clients and fractured communication.

The biggest change Georgio noticed is how much clients love Everfit over their previous app. Their clients can move through workouts faster, log exercises more easily, and revisit their progress with just a few clicks. This helps them focus on the workout instead of chasing logs.

As PhysioRx grew, maintaining the same level of individualized attention also became harder to sustain. Everfit solved this by supporting both group and 1:1 communication.

With Group Messaging, a coach and a clinician can collaborate in the same conversation to support a client. Through Communities, PhysioRX runs nutrition groups where clients can ask questions and stay engaged daily. Custom branding and resources let the team tailor communication to what each client specifically needs. While check-in forms further streamline onboarding and progress tracking, helping the team stay closely connected with every client.

A Hybrid Model That Meets Clients Where They Are

Problem: Struggle to stay adaptive after Covid-19, when most clients prefer online training.

Everfit gives PhysioRX the infrastructure to truly deliver a hybrid model at scale. Georgio and his team can now meet clients exactly where they are, whether that’s an in-person visit, online sessions, or anything in between. Keeping clients accountable no longer feels like a challenge, and his coaching team can finally focus on what matters most.

As coaches work faster and more efficiently, PhysioRX kept growing, doubled their team of coaches and expanded to new locations, without losing the quality that built its reputation.

What Georgio Loves Most about Everfit

  1. Workout Builder: Georgio and his team can quickly build high-quality programs with structured sections and custom metric tracking. It helps them tailor and scale programs to meet every client’s needs.
  2. Group Messaging: With this feature, PhysioRX’s coach from different teams, strength training, physical therapist, and nutrition, can collaborate in real time and offer personalized support for any client. Making all communications centralized and straightforward are what help PhysioRX do online coaching much more streamlined.
  3. Community: PhysioRX team are able to engage with clients beyond their individual sessions and expand their offer into nutrition coaching. They create a safe space for clients to ask questions, share progress, and stay motivated within a supportive environment.
